Delivery & Remote Destination Logistics

All of our turn-key packages and A La Carte options include professional delivery, precision staging, and breakdown. To keep our baseline rates as competitive as possible, standard delivery is fully included for all easily accessible venues within our local service radius.For extreme locations that require specialized off-grid handling, a transparent logistics fee will be calculated and added to your custom rental agreement:

  • Standard Service Zone: Included (Paved access close to vehicle unloading).

  • Extended Travel Zone: For accessible venues located over 25 miles from our central base.

  • Off-Grid Adventure Zone: For deep-canyon, remote desert, or beach locations requiring unpaved/rugged terrain driving, or manual gear transport/hiking past standard unloading zones.

While you are 100% financially responsible for the equipment during your rental window, we highly recommend securing third-party short-term equipment or event insurance for your own liability protection.Companies like Front Row Insurance (for gear damage protection) or Thimble (for single-day event liability) offer affordable, instant, short-term policies for private events.Please note: Canyon Beats Entertainment, LLC is not an insurance provider. All policy terms, deductibles, and coverages must be verified directly with the third-party insurer.
